# Quotas

Every Relaybase plan includes a monthly allowance of email checks. Your allowance depends on your plan, see [Plans & Usage](/plans/plans-and-usage) for the exact numbers per plan.

## Hard limits

Relaybase enforces **hard limits** on your monthly allowance. Once your account reaches its monthly quota, further validation requests are rejected until your usage resets or you upgrade your plan.

  Relaybase does not silently charge you for validations beyond your plan's
  allowance. There is no automatic overage billing, requests beyond your quota
  simply won't be processed.

## What counts against your quota

Each single email validation request counts as one check against your monthly allowance. Bulk validation, once available, will count each email in the batch individually.

## Checking your usage

You can view your current usage against your plan's allowance from the Relaybase dashboard.
